A very pretty sunny day, a sunny day to cut down TREES!! A jacket wearing girl with purple pigtails held a chainsaw in her hand. She pulled at the string to turn on the motor of the grinding metal chainsaw. The metal grinding on metal created a nice strong irony smell, it almost just almost... reminded her of her home-world. The sparks created by the metal grinding danced all over her face and outfit, creating a look of madness on her face.
The vibrations of the chainsaw caused her blood to flow high on adrenaline, she pressed the chainsaw against the tree creating easily grinding the wood. Wood began to creak as the tree began to verge at the point of falling, soon a large crash sounded, luckily the tree only crushed onto the sidewalk with no real damage. Though there was now snow covering the girl that had originate from the tree.
She held a huge victory grin covering her face. She soon looked around to realize her whole body was freezing and surrounded by the cold cold wintery wonderland. Then a sudden surge of victory and accomplishment came swirling in, warming her all up. WHAT IF SHE MADE A SHIP FROM THIS TREE MONSTER?! Why with this blade she could create a whole new pirate Ship! She could rule the day of the pirates! Maybe with all this White cold stuff, she could sail away? Maybe this white stuff could take her to world? WHAT IF IT WAS AN ANCIENT MAGIC?! THE MAGIC OF THIS land.
Joyous she began to dance holding the heavy chainsaw close her body. Then as tiredness, heavy cold breathing consumed her, she began to laugh obnoxiously loud for all those near by to be heard. She turned sharply to chop down another near by tree, unaware of her surroundings, and what those are doing in the surroundings.

Your voice echoes in the night I will do as you wish as stated in the contract The thought of spending the rest of his days lounging about in the sunlight was very tempting for the tomcat. Sunlight did not exist in the underworld, and the only light came from the eternal fires that burned with intensity. Sure, he enjoyed their searing glow, but there was something about the gently rays that came from the sun that hellfire could not match. Then again, he was probably more thankful for sunlight than the humans were. No matter how long he stayed in the sun, his skin remained almost sickly pale, never once burning from the prolonged exposure to the heat. Now, he was not overly thankful of the chilly winter that interrupted his basking. No amount of sunlight could warm him up with snow all around him, and he found it harder and harder to stay outside, even during the night when he was at his prime.
A heavy sigh left the lanky man's lip. He had his large, clawed hands behind his head, providing a sufficient pillow. His stomach was exposed to the sky, and one leg was propped up on the other. Ah, there was also the little detail that he was not on the ground. Rather, he was in the air, supported by a faint black mist that spiraled and swirled underneath him. His ears twitched as a loud crash echoed from not too far off, and his eyelids slowly opened, revealing only a single red eye with a slit pupil. The other eye was hidden away behind his bangs, never to be seen by the rest of the world. He stared at the sky, watching the small clouds that rolled past, and the darker clouds farther off toward the horizon that promised more snowfall later on. His ears twitched once more as a chainsaw revved and a girl laughed. Really loudly.
How annoying. He wouldn't be able to nap with such obnoxiousness. Ah, but, this could be fun! The feline demon rolled onto his stomach, stretching out like that housecat he was, before standing up on the black mist. His white-tipped tail waved in the air, and the mist pulled him forward, heading toward the annoying sounds. A crooked grin formed on his lips, partially opening to reveal sharp, inhuman teeth. It didn't take him long to find the source of the laughter and the owner of the chainsaw, and the demon leaped off of the mist from high above and onto the ground, landing neatly on all fours. He crouched there, his claws digging into the snow, his visible red eye watching the stranger with a chainsaw closely.
"What did those trees ever do to you?" i offer myself to you

" Pardon me sir, I meant not to do it." When not in his shop or at the bar, Tyne was often either out lurking around the city outskirts, or the park. This time, the blond was quite happily strolling along one of the many paths which crisscrossed all over Central Park, with his collie trotting by his side on a loose lead. It was peaceful, to say the least. Heavy snowing the previous night had covered the ground in a fresh white blanket, dusting any exposed tree, bush, bench or bin with white powder. Probably knee-deep in certain areas, but the paths were thankfully swept quite clear.
Somewhere along the path, Tyne had taken advantage of the lack of people, unclipping Neon's leash and tying it in a neat bow around the dog's collar. Overjoyed, the collie gambolled off, plunging head first into the snow. The tan-and-white head popped up occasionally, but for the most part the dog was unseen.
Unfortunately, the wintery peace was broken by the obnoxious buzzing of ... a chainsaw? Thick brows furrowing in confusion, the blond whistled for his dog. Moments later, the collie bounded back, covered in a light dusting of snow and looking very proud of himself as he trotted to heel. It didn't take long to locate the source of the sounds - now added to the buzz of the chainsaws was an annoyingly loud laugh. Oh, and it looked like he wasn't the only one who found the noise too.
"Hey, kid. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to chop those down here." His voice, clear and with a very, very obviously British accent, rang out when he stopped, facing the other's back. The blond seemed to take everything into his stride though, calling out in almost the same tone that one would take to ask someone to pick up whatever they had dropped. Green eyes glanced over the not-quite-human form crouching in the snow, and did not even blink. It took quite a bit to surprise him, it seemed. Neon, on the other hand, now clung quite close to his leg, baring his teeth in an uncertain snarl.

There came a plop of something landing on the snow a voice quickly following, the voice asking what the trees did to her. Glade for the attention she had received, she looked toward the voice a wicked grin on her face showing the left canine. The owner of the voice was oddly sprawled out on fours, where did he come from? Was he from her home world? Did he know a way back?
She opened her mouth to reply to his question, mostly mentioning something about trees in her way, when another voice had sounded. This other voice mentioned of her actions being, what's this? Illegal? She was a pirate! This wasn't the most illegal thing she has done! She gave another obnoxious laugh, lifting the chainsaw in a showy way over her shoulder. "Commoners mind your own business, this is Pirate Business!" She sounded cocky at the end of the sentence about piracy.
She then turned back around to once again assume chopping, moving chainsaw from her shoulder to a sword fighting position. She pulled the string churning the metal against metal, moved closer toward the tree. Then she leaned forward to begin to cut the wood, not caring about the two behind her or what they were to do. A purple tail slipped out of her jacket, showing her jacket ears were possibly real. If one was to touch her she would be dead cold -much colder than average human in snow-.

Your voice echoes in the night I will do as you wish as stated in the contract What a strange girl. he had never seen someone like her before, and she reeked of decay, human, freshly sawed wood, and... some sort of animal. he couldn't quite put his finger on it, and he really had no motivation or reason to figure out what kind of animal she had on her. the mixture, however, minus the part about wood, reminded him of crossroad demons who would come back after contracting a human. the smell of human was pungent enough in the underworld that it could reach the sensitive noses of the higher tier demons in the deepest levels of hell. cat bones were also used in summoning a crossroads demon, and the scent always lingered on their bodies, even after they returned to the underworld. ah, but, this child was definitely not a crossroads demon. at least, not one he has ever seen. he knew a lot of creatures from the underworld, and she was definitely not one of them.
his ears flicked with irritation as she laughed once more, and he drew his attention away from the purple-tailed girl to the blond man with the thickest eyebrows he has ever seen above his eyes. his smirk turned into a feral grin as he watched the man, flicking his tail back and forth. with soft breaths in through his nose, he could easily pick up a faint scent of charcoal and scales. and dog. oo, there was a dog! ah, but, the dragon man! oh, but the dog! his short attention span was quickly captured by the dog's presence. now, despite being a cat, he was perfectly fine with dogs, especially if he could toy with them. it happened to be the werewolves and canine demons that he absolutely loathed... well, actually, he feared them more than anything. they were more unpredictable than the dumb animals humans--and dragons, apparently--kept as pets.
completely ignoring the self-proclaimed pirate's exclamation and actions, phantasma turned his body toward the blond and his cowering dog. letting out a quiet noise of intrigue crossed with a housecat's meow, one large, clawed hand was placed before the other as he slowly crept towards, them, flicking his tail back and forth low to the ground, sweeping some of the loose snow into the trail he had created. his toothy, crooked grin remained planted on his face, his single visible eye focused entirely on the dog. he paused his steps, lowering the front half of his body into the white snow, ignoring the chill that met his chest, neck, and chin. his hindquarters remained midway between the air and the ground, wiggling as if the raven-haired man was about to pounce. yet, he refrained, instead worming one of his large hands toward the canine, relaxed and palm up. i offer myself to you

" Pardon me sir, I meant not to do it." "Commoners? Piracy? I - ugh..." Tyne's voice had started out incredulous, before trailing off as the blond ran a hand through his hair. Of course. He knew who this bloody idiot was. Gatari Mono, no less. A odd mix of zombie, pirate and cat that he had met somewhere on his travels. And in dragon form, no less. "Pirate or not, when in Rome do as Romans do," he called out. "Obey the rules of the world you're in, you are a guest. So stop cutting the bloody trees!"
The Brit held the rules of the Accords close to his heart, and abiding by a host world's rules were part of it. So while in this mortal world, he did try to be a law-abiding citizen as much as he could. Besides, Tyne had grown pretty fond of this world. Somewhere at the back of his mind, a little voice reminded him of the times he listened to the destructive urging within his nature, but the blond shut that out firmly.
Just in time for green eyes to refocus on the raven-haired man creeping towards him. Or more importantly, towards Neon. All of a sudden, Tyne turned with military precision, eyes blazing a brilliant green for about half a second. However, the pupils contracted rapidly, turning into none other than a reptilian slit and stayed there, fixing the other with a glare.
"Leave my dog alone."
And now his blood was screaming, the voice of destruction clamouring in his blood, urging the dragon towards his nature as the descendant of the Dragon of Destruction. There was a literal presence that overflowed, nothing visible but most would feel a gigantic pressure, pressing down on them. With an effort, Tyne shut it out, not before inhaling sharply and allowing the biting cold to shut it out.
With a sharp command in what sounded like an ancient tongue, the collie immediately darted away, seeking refuge under a park bench and casting a wary glance at the two which Tyne now faced.

The voice, that voice, so annoying! She should stand it, sounded so obnoxiously familiar, she wanted to shoot herself. She turned off chainsaw turning on the cool blonde head. "What The Hell Is Rome! " When his words replied in her head about obeying rules and not cutting down trees, she felt really annoyed at them. What's so great about these stupid trees? They just stood here and there, not like the people here Needed Them! If anyone needed them it was her, she was really tempted to use the chainsaw on this stranger.
She opened her mouth planning to say something else rude, sarcastic, and most certainly childish. When the man eyes flashed blazing green, was that too her? The girl just could not understand what his problem was, when she noticed the dog scampered away. Did something just happened, well she certainly didn't catch it. Why hadn't she? Just suddenly out of the blue dawned on her, that this was someone she knew. She attempted to recall where it was from, she kept coming up blank. The fact she could not pull the information from her head bothered her, made her feel like an idiot, she was better than that! She shouted loudly and most obnoxiously,"HEY! YOU! Do I know you, Mister Boring Old Man?!"
She changed the direction of the chainsaw from the tree toward the other two around her. It would seem she has taken a much offensive position, almost as if planning to attack someone. Though, she made no real move to actually pull such a insane act.

Your voice echoes in the night I will do as you wish as stated in the contract Oh! How rude! He could feel the fur at the base of his tail begin to bristle. Ah, but, he should have expected such a reaction. the feline demon leaned back on his haunches before pushing against the ground with his large claws, forcing himself into a sitting position. The snow closest to him slowly began to melt, seeping into his thin clothing. had he been a normal person, he would have been a shivering mess. but, considering he wasn't, it would take a lot more than just a little snow to make him actually complain about the temperature. what he would complain about was this dragon! "you make it sound like i was going to harm the furry beastie," his voice came out at a slightly high pitch with a tone that would have been considered a wail if he had bothered to raise his voice. he kept his words slightly mumbled, however, his ears twitching with annoyance while his visible red eye watched the dog that was now cowering underneath a bench.
his tail flicked back and forth, sweeping across the snow and leaving slight tracks. he turned his attention away from the dragon's pet, clearly disappointed that he was not allowed to pet the dog. instead, he finally gave the purple-haired girl a glance, arching a brow with an unamused look. he still did not know what the hell she was, and he really did not want to find out. he just wanted her to put down that damned chainsaw. she was going to take someone's arm off. now, if she took off her own, then he would love to see that happen. the corners of his mouth curled up on a small grin, briefly flashing his fangs before he decided that he was tired of listening to the girl's voice. it irked him, grating on his sensitive ears.
his gaze turned to the snow in front of him, and he took his massive paws and began to gather up a bunch of snow. with the size of his claws, he couldn't do much other than to bury his legs, snickering at the feeling of the lowest snow melting against the heat of his skin. he extended his long arms to either side of his body, flicking his wrists. within a split second, his monstrous arms turned into that of a normal human's. with smaller hands, he began to scoop up more snow, this time making snowballs. it took a few tries just to keep one together, but he soon had a small pile growing. he plucked the snowball off the top of his pile that sat on his snow-clad lap, twitching his ears before chucking it at the purple-haired stranger. "that's for being weird and loud," he took another and threw it at the dragon-man. "and, that's for not letting me pet your dog."
a bored cat demon was a childish cat demon. besides, it wasn't like he had anything better to do. i offer myself to you

" Pardon me sir, I meant not to do it." The blond denied the other a reply, choosing instead to exhale loudly and look away in exasperation. Oh yes, he certainly remembered this. And it wasn't the most pleasant of memories either. While he wouldn't consider her a rival or enemy of any sorts, the purple haired girl was somewhere in the zone of not-so-friendly acquaintances.
In response to the extremely unpleasant voice, Tyne did little but to arch one of those superbly expressive eyebrows. "I would think a dragon would leave a larger impression," he remarked dryly.
The expression stayed as she swung around with the chainsaw, green orbs following with an impassionate gaze, taking everything in his stride. When he replied the...demon? it was while still facing the younger looking girl, waving a hand dismissively. "Not taking any chances, I quite like my dog."
The Brit hissed quite abruptly as the snowball connected squarely in between his shoulders, arching his back as if trying to dodge the blow...obviously too late. He didn't do much other than mutter a few words under his breath. "Oh bloody hell, I'm surrounded by idiots."
