so, this is phantasma, the stray cat you might find hanging around alleyways. for a demon to be out and about the mortal realm without a contract is strange, but it might not be that strange with how things have been lately. he is enjoying his freedom, and he especially enjoys the concept of basking in the sunlight, something he was never able to to do in the underworld. despite being in arrow, his loyalties probably seem very... blurred. it's hard to tell just what side he's playing on at times, and he will avoid any direct questions about it.

as a contract-making demon, he can be summoned through most means of rituals; however, his contracts require the other's soul to be consumed after the contract has been fulfilled. if someone wants him to grant some absurd wish and then make it very hard to complete or just have it be something that will take a lot of time, be my guest. he can only hold one contract at a time, and he will be your loyal pet cat until he gets to consume your soul. oh, don't forget that, if you violate contract terms, he gets to eat your soul early. <3

phantasma is open to any sort of plot you can come up with in any category. romance will just be a trickier one unless you know how to earn a cat's love.
