It was night, the best time to hold little meetings with each operative in the system of their highly sophisticated "gang". Many of the members did not how the real rise of power started, just that it made quite a turn as of late. The rebels, stand for what is right in the technological advanced world, world damnation. Most of the rebels were not aware of the actual real reason for the cause, some believed it to be fighting for the right of freedom from the PILOTS, others just wanted somewhere to belong.
As leader, and protégé of Apep, this young male wanted the whole world to fall into chaos and burn, let it all burn. He did not stop the murders, in part it was his fault the PILOTS had power among the people, one who encouraged the murdering of humans and downright causing problems for the public. That was the quickest best way to work in the real indepth shadows to figure a way take over the world. Far as hew has gathered working inside the PILOTS, they saw
He didn't even really show in front of the scenes, as far as any knew he was a shadow that was not even there. He depended greatly on those with loud mouths, flamboyancy, and fools; who love the idea of taking command of those around. These were the ones that he found most enjoyment of manipulating and commanding, they were the ones who made humanity worth destroying. He planned to meet one such similar character tonight, the character that could speak all languages, loves to show himself, and easily creates opening for the rest of ARROW to strike its aim.
With a smirk the leader tilted his head figuring the position of the shadows inside the secret tunnel, he planned to meet the individual in a special spot... One that the two knew to meet at, he had sent the individual a message through a fellow shadow snake with the time, date, and location. The message all encoding for only the llama could solve, something special they the two shared, being bit of a liar the snake trusted no one, even in his own "gang". What did this mean? No one knew the true identity of the snake, the snake sent each major player he found interesting an individual code that only he knew, and all messages were to be coded. If one was smart in technology, they would find the snake's voice was similar to three different actors, a technology he helped create to prevent voice recognition.
The tunnel itself in this specific area was a bit moist from the near by underground cave pools, usually avoided by most of the members. Those with aquatic magic heritage loved the cave pool created when the worlds first blurred it was originally just plain rock, but a cave from another world seemed to have merged into this world, of course nobody really knew this. The area was actually originally discovered be rampaging mythical creature that had first jointed the ranks of the ARROWS, from there the snake explored using shadow jumping, and well goes on from there.
The snake felt the time coming closer and closer, he began to fade way to the shadows around. He waited for the one who came to meet him to arrive, he replied the current scheme in his head over and over. It strongly involved the llama's handy work, in order to truly rip a tear into the PILOTS attention.

NOW I FEEL REALLY BADBAD ASS-CAMEL ► Oh, the nerve! Such insolence. Dimitirs had been out strutting his stuff, cursing out the ‘commoners’ in a mix of ancient Greek and Chinese, when a shadow snake had appeared to him, delivering a message. He didn't care that someone from ARROW wanted to meet, and the only reason he was going to meet this individual, was to tell him, or her, off. Not that he hated ARROW; he was glad for the group. It allowed him to basically walk the streets freely and spit at people he disapproved of, yelling sometimes in five different languages in a single sentence about how pathetic and ungrateful and unworthy they were to walk the streets. His methods weren’t violent; he was just a protester, and that was the only reason he hadn't been thrown into jail. Of course, he knew ARROW would bail him out if that did happen. The local police didn't even like dealing with the flamboyant llama. The meeting place in question was a place that Dimitris was not fond of. One, it was secretive. Two, it was dark and wet. Three, it was just the two of them. He preferred public settings and places he could openly be himself and insult people. This time, he was just going to have to settle for insulting whoever it was that had invited him down here. Although it didn't say who the sender was, it did say that it would be just the two of them. There were loud clomps echoing off of the walls as Dimitris made his way through the entrance to the tunnel. The sound of dripping water echoed as well, though not nearly as often as or as loud as the steps taken by the ass-camel. His head was held tall, his snout angled slightly upward so he was almost looking down to see. What little tail he did was perked up and swaying slowly to the rhythm of his steps. A bob-like haircut was around the upper-mid portion of his neck, the hair moving back and forth as the long neck bobbed back and forth with each step, almost looking like what most people think to be an Egyptian. Approaching the final destination, the ass-camel made a head-swinging motion that could have resembled the ass-camel equivalent of a hair flip. ”Okay, I’ll have you know, I could have got one of the local schlampe to polish my hooves if it weren't for this meeting. I was this close to—“ Dimitirs started, but stopped as a few droplets of water found their way to various parts of his head. ”Scheisse!” he exclaimed in disgust, shaking his head, flinging the few droplets that had tried to make their home on his fuzz in scattered directions. His current accent was distinctly German, and the couple of words he’d used that were unfamiliar, were likely a few choice German words. ”Okay, you hurensohn, what do you want with me? I haven’t got all night. This fabulous Emperor has got a lot on his agenda.”

Clop. Clop. The hooves began to get closer, the snake's smile grew larger inside the shadows, the meeting was about to begin. He already began plot the flamboyant llama's reaction, it was out of its element, a fool easily preoccupied to those around him. No, the snake needed him here, away from all prying eyes, especially the llama's.
As the snake watched the llama get closer and closer, it seemed it knew how to walk stylish. It almost look like the style of a Pharaoh in Egypt, he was quite impressed with the llama and what it could do. He however needed to stay focus on the matter at hand. He slyly grinned as he decided the best way to gain the ears of the "schlamp" in front of him. "Why Emperor Dimitris, I apologize for calling you here. Into such a damp, dark, and even dirty domain. How about next time you, marvelous sir, pick the establishment of our meeting? Your handsome well polished hooves deserves this right and honor, again forgive your humble servant."
The snake partially showed himself to give a bow, the shadows still hiding his true identity. After the bow, he raised again, he spoke in pure apology. "Forgive me, but this meeting is of much importance. I needed to let your majesty know of what is to go down. With the mighty snow building outside these caves, magical creatures will be seeking place of comfort. Would your kind desires, let all those poor miserable souls into our homes? A place to provide warmth and protection, your majesty what your kind pure soul is good at." he stopped to let this sink in....
He then played it in his head, how the llama would react... Why he knew chances of the llama being such a kind wondrous creature, was rare, maybe impossible... But it was really the flattery, and most importantly luring him into this tunnel, that was true reason to be here. He couldn't order the llama around, so what best way to get a fool to do what you want? Make them feel obligated to do, make them believe it is for their own good.
What did this mean? Well misdirect information, get the fool to steal something of great beauty and knowledge.

NOW I FEEL REALLY BADBAD ASS-CAMEL ► Dimitris tuned his ears to the location the voice was coming from, listening in a none-too-amused manner. His face was twisted into a sort of frown-scowl as he tapped his right hoof impatiently while listening to this person of the shadows speak. Little did he know who this person was--but, then again, Dimitris didn't even know who he himself was. It was likely that if he did remember who he was, he'd likely regain his god-like status. But, that wasn't likely to change anytime soon, if at all. Now, Dimitris wasn't exactly the brightest crayon in the box, but he wasn't a complete idiot. Something smelled fishy to him. This whole meeting, the way this... being... was talking to him. Hmm. "Well, perhaps if given a chance to select a meeting place, I would choose somewhere not near as... awful as this," grumbled the ass-camel, still none too amused with the behavior of he who had summoned him. "But, whatever," he said, waving a hoof like it was a hand, as if to brush it off as nothing. "You are forgiven, this time."At the mention of the weather taking its toll outside, and creatures wanting to seek refuge, his ears slid back at a slight angle. Just where was this conversation going? "I spit at those less fortunate than I. If they are thinking of seeking shelter in domains that belong to me, then they can royally verpiss dich. I will not tolerate strays seeking refuge. If they want shelter, they will have to show they are worthy of receiving shelter, and prove their worth to me or someone I deem worthy to judge the worth of another dummkopf," Dimitris said. As he finished his sentence, he reared up on his hind legs, crossed his front legs, and leaned against the wall of the dark, dank tunnel, ignoring the fact that he'd likely regret doing so shortly after.
