Titanius here, or better known as Sassa, is a botched up experiment on creating a killer soldier, infused with raptor blood. A test tube baby, experimented on, blah blah. What she was supposed to be, well that's just leave that aside. An uncanny intelligence, lack of physically aging past her current age, the ability to shapeshift and telepathy when shifted did somehow transfer successfully though. 

What transferred wrongly, was pretty much the key element. The fighting abilities and the actual form in which she is supposed to shift to got screwed up along the way. Instead, Titanius is gifted with an ability to sing... as if that helps defeating enemies any easier.

Oh, and her shifted form? A teensy tiny bird with zero firepower. I mean, it has a remarkable voice and an ability to hop through tiny spaces because it's barely 10 centimetres long. But other than that she's pretty much just as nice as your next ornament. With a extremely fluffy plumage of largely white, black and brown feathers, a tiny sharp beak and wings that disappear into a mass of soft feathers on an otherwise round body, adorable would be an apt word to describe Sassa.

Fifteen years ago, there was yet another experiment on creating these perfect soldiers in response to the organisation called ARROW. Said experiment failed quite miserably, but  they didn't just throw their product away. They schooled her, taught her to be a well-mannered lady and then chucked her into the hands of PILOT. She's not quite sure what she's doing there, actually. What she does know, is that she definitely doesn't enjoy wearing that government collar - which comes in the form of a plain steel bracelet wrapped around her ankle.
